I think all people look innocent when intubated. We had a guy get admitted overnight who had overdosed on various over-the-counter meds and ended up having to be intubated. I don't know anything about him, other than that he looks like a hispanic version of my brother-in-law, but lying there hooked up to the ventilator, you had to feel sorry for him. This seems true for all intubated patients. Maybe it's because by being intubated and sedated, it a) puts them in a vulnerable state, b) takes away any scowls or unpleasantries in their face, and c) keeps them from proving your sympathetic view of them wrong by speaking.
My plan to rid the world of enemies would thus be this:
1. find your nemesis
2. knock him out
3. intubate him
4. become sympathetic as you look at him
5. hopefully eventually extubate him
(this also works for female nemesises)

Carson Carson Carson-
Whoa buddy. I think you are correct in your steps for world peace, but to me it seems like it would be re-dificil to identify and find your nemesis. Is there only one? Are there multiple ones? How do you know that said person A is really a true nemesis, not someone just pretending to be your nemesis to have fun with you? You wouldn´t want to intubate said person A if they´re not a true nemesis, would you?
True nemesises would reveal themselves. No one wants to be intubated. The ultimate finger down the throat.
I should self intabate myself. Then the ladies will be like, dang that boy is hot.
