Prophylactic Hostage Freedom Procedure
I've decided to focus my studies on this new procedure. The PHFP is a somewhat elaborate procedure where cadaveric porcine vocal cords are implanted into the patient's nasopharynx. This enables the patient, if kidnapped, to still scream cries of help through their nose even when their mouth is duct taped by their abductors. Marketed mainly to politicians, CTU employees, children of Mel Gibson and Renee Russo.
